AJ (Aart-Jan) Eenkhoorn is an Agile Transformation Coach & SPC.

If you wake up AJ in the middle of the night, he starts talking about the great advantages of Agile working. Since the mid 1990’s, he has been working in an Agile way. From RAD and DSDM, to Agile Project & Program Management, and from aiding Scrum teams in a Prince 2 project, to coaching high performance DevOps teams in a scaling environment, AJ has been reinforcing the Agile approach to work. AJ has not only seen it all, but he has practiced it in the roles of Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and even as an Agile leader in a CTO role. From this broad experience of working with teams in operational and development value streams, AJ always has an example for you when it comes to handling the problems and questions you may have on Agile ways of working.
