Danny Hartmans is a Senior Agile Coach & Trainer at Gladwell Academy, a Highberg Company.
Always fascinated by how to get things done more effectively, he learned about the agile way of working a decade ago through a pilot project. Ever since, he's been an agile aficionado and enjoys achieving faster, high-quality business outcomes with teams and (senior) management.
With 20 years of digital product management experience, he has a soft spot for guiding program/ART-level professionals.
He has worked in the agile trenches in marketing, IT and digital departments and has experienced the benefits of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe in complex software and non-software environments.
Danny is a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Professional Scrum Master (PSMI), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPOII), SAFe Product Manager (PO/PM), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Prince2 Practitioner, and a former motorcycle instructor. He holds a Master in international business communication.
